It's the easiest to use buckle we've ever seen. Simply move the sides near each other and the super strong magnets inside close the latch for you. To remove, give the pull tab a tug and voila! The design is super safe; the more tension put on the ends, the greater the force required to open it - it's self securing!

I do agility with our 5 year old Airedale and he doesn’t seem to like anything being pulled over his head like a slip lead which most competitors use. We had another type of leash/collar combination with which I would just hit a lever and the leash/collar would fall off. Unfortunately it broke and they aren’t available anymore. A friend suggested your collar and I thought why not? Since then I know of at least one other agility friend that has ordered one. This product is so easy to put on and take off. This collar is amazing! First off, its vibrant, well stitched, and not flimsy.
Next, the closure. Talk about easy to get on and off. No buckles to squeeze, this is especially good if you have any sort of dexterity issues. It holds up to my full grown German Shepherd with no issues. I wish all of my collars had this feature.

This collar (and matching adjustable leash) are a really gorgeous color! I occasionally have finger dexterity issues and the buckle's ease is great for not having to fiddle with clasps or buckles, or worry about pinching my fingers or her neck with a more standard collar buckle. As you can see it even matched her Duluth Double Fleece and our hammock :)
