This pullover is, actually, excellent for Portland weather. It's soft too, so my little doggy can wear it indoors and out!

This is the best sweater ive found for my 13 lb chihuahua-terrier, Pluto, who has zero fur on his belly. The 12 fits him well and he is usually in between sizes/hard to fit. He usually hates sweaters but seems to mind this one less because it seems actually cozy! I dont love plaid patterns personally but i love the yellow, its a tad darker/mustardy in person. It has really soft lining and seems warm. Covers him a lot too. I love it for him!

Perfect fit
I have no idea why my Chihuahua wears her clothes over her shoulders, like a girl in the 80s. But this is so adorable in the collar helps her wear it properly. It is also really warm and she appears to love it.
